The minimum stay in our houses is 2 nights. Depending on the date and number of guests, the prices per person and night range between € 18 and € 36 for, with a minimum amount per house, the dates of High Season being the following:

Weekend or Full Bridge
July and August: full week (6 nights)
To formalize the reservation, we request a percentage to be determined from the total by bank transfer, attaching the proof and copy of the NIF of the person who makes it. The rest of the payment will be made upon delivery of the keys, if applicable.
In case of cancellation, part of the amount of the delivered amount may be returned, only in the following terms, before the date of entry:
1.- 50% of the delivered up to 30 days
2.- 25% of the delivered between 29 and 15 days
3.- 0% of the delivered 14 days before the scheduled date.
If Al-Andalus manages to re-book the dates canceled by the client, they will be given the option to change the dates so that they do not lose money from the reservation, for a period no longer than 60 days.
• The rural houses are rented for a number of people, according to the characteristics of each house, any excess will enable the property to reject the reservation.
Upon delivery of the keys, the owner will be given an additional minimum deposit of € 100, which will be returned, once the absence of damage is verified, upon leaving the house.
In any case, in case of damage, it is mandatory to inform the property
ENTRY:
From 5:00p.m.
However, if there were no outgoing tenants in the morning, the check in could be get ahed, but it can always be advanced with prior consultation with the property.
DEPARTURE:
Until 11:00
However, if there is no new entrance, and always after consultation with the property, the check out could be delayed.
In the case of not having a previous rental, and after consulting property, this time can be advanced.
